Why I Follow Stories

I’m deeply moved by conversations at the intersection of leadership, authenticity, and learning. I love bringing thoughtful leaders with diverse perspectives together in safe spaces, because that’s where the most powerful ideas emerge.

Through my work at the Utility 2030 Leadership Collaborative (U2030), and my Women Holding the Line book project, I focus on elevating the stories of unsung utility heroes - leaders doing meaningful work under intense pressure - and sharing their experiences with others facing similar challenges. When people hear how others are navigating complexity, responsibility, and uncertainty, it creates a ripple effect of courage and impact.
